Heard both sides.

Having regard to the facts involved in this case, the investigation can go on as per law. However, the Investigating Officer shall not arrest the petitioner/A1. Petitioner/A1 is directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Criminal Petition is disposed of accordingly. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
