THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.8514 OF 2009 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the petitioners repeated applications including the representation dt.29.09.2008 for assignment of lands of Ac.5.29 cents, Ac.3.75 cents, Ac.10.07 cents respectively covered by Survey Numbers 16, 9 and 11 of Makkinavarigudem Village as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, irrational and violative of BSO 15 of Andhra Pradesh Revenue Board Standing Orders, offends articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to assign the said lands in favour of the petitioners."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners requested the Court to direct respondent No.3 herein to consider the representation, dated 29.09.2008, of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioners, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.3 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 29.09.2008, of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
