This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2016 filed by petitioner for mutation of his name in Pahani/Revenue records in respect of land in Survey No.29/3 to an extent of Ac.5.03 of Koutala Village and Mandal, Adilabad District, taking into consideration the Panchanama/statement dated 02.07.2016 conducted by the Mandal Revenue Inspector-1, Koutala Village and Mandal, Adilabad District.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the application of the petitioner dated 04.04.2016 is pending before the 3rd respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner in accordance with law after issuing notice to the affected parties if any.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
