THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.29319 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:

"declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in passing an impugned order in F.No.82/N1/Hyd/2002 dated 24.08.2015 suspending the petitioner from service without any enquiry as arbitrary, illegal, void ultra vires and in violation of Service Rules and Article 14 of the Constitution of India and Principles of natural justice and consequently to set aside the impugned order in F.No.82/N1/Hyd/2002 dated 24.08.2015 as void. In the interest of justice and pass such other order or orders as the Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case".

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending writ petition, the petitioner has been reinstated by the respondents. Hence, nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed in consequence.
