HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.1393 of 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 25.10.2019. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have not passed order as per the Rules. Therefore, the order of this Court has not been complied with. This Court, having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties, is of the considered view that the orders of this Court have been complied with as the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide proceedings dated 25.10.2019. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said rejection order dated 25.10.2019, it is always open for the petitioner to challenge the same in an appropriate proceedings.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed.
