Heard Mr. Ramidi Satyanarayana, for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue) for respondents.
2. The Assistant Government Pleader, by reference to written instructions dated 27.07.2017, submits that the application of petitioner dated 12.11.2016 is considered and would be sent to petitioner as warranted in the circumstances of the case, within two months from today. The statement is placed don record.
3. It is made clear that this court has not considered the merits asserted by petitioner or the objections pointed out by 2nd respondent. The petitioner is given liberty to enclose application dated 12.11.2016 along with copy of this order for timely compliance by 2nd respondent.
4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
