Heard.

The petitioner filed an application under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act in File No.B/114/1987 on 16-02-2015 and the same is stated to be pending.

It appears that the 3rd respondent sought clarification from the 2nd respondent, which was already given to him as per Ex.P-2, dated 13-12-2011, whereunder the 2nd respondent permitted the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate award under Section 28-A covered by the land admeasuring Ac.7-10 gts., in Sy.No.5 of Athimyal Village, Manoor Mandal, Medak District.

In view of the above, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders expeditiously, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
