CVNR, J CC 50/2016 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order of this Court dt.23.12.2014 in W.P.M.P. No.48927 of 2014 in W.P. No.39035 of 2014.

At the hearing, learned counsel for both the parties submitted that the aforementioned order of this Court has been complied with. In view of the same, the contempt case is closed.

As a sequel to closure of the contempt case, Application No.19 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
