THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19265 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the third respondent in interfering with construction of flats in plot Nos.252, 253 and 254 at Sy.Nos.13 and 14, Velluvur Nagar, Ammuguda, Hastinapuri Society, Kapra, Ranga Reddy, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. With their consent, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself. The main relief that is sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the third respondent herein not interfere with the construction work undertaken by the petitioner in the above referred land.

Though no counter is filed, the learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition are false.

Recording the said statement, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent not to interfere with the construction work being undertaken by the petitioner in plot Nos.252, 253 and 254 at Sy.Nos.13 and 14, Velluvur Nagar, Ammuguda, Hastinapuri Society, Kapra, Ranga Reddy. However, if they intend to take any action against the petitioner, the same shall only be in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
