No representation for the petitioner when the matter was listed on 21.10.2019, and therefore adjourned to 18.11.2019. Thereafter, the matter came up on 24.01.2020, and there being no representation on behalf of the petitioner even on that day, it was directed to be posted on 31.01.2020 under the caption "For Dismissal".

Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the morning session or in the evening session. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case.

In those circumstances, the civil revision petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
