THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE ANIS CONTEMPT CASE NO.2185 OF 2014 ORDER: (per the HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU) This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated 01-09-2014 in Review WPMP No.19594 of 2014 in W.P.No.30083 of 2013.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order of this Court has been complied with by giving promotion to the petitioner herein vide proceedings of the Regional Director of Medical and Health Services, Kadapa, in Rc.No.2214/B2//2011, dated 27-08-2014. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case.

3. Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this case shall stand closed.
