HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI F.C.A. No. 264 of 2018 JUDGMENT:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This appeal is preferred against the order dated 03.04.2018 in F.C.M.C.No. 8 of 2016 passed by the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Anantapuramu, whereby the application filed by the respondent herein under Section 125 Cr.P.C. has been allowed directing the appellant to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.20,000/ - per month from the date of the petition.

In pursuance of the order dated 05.07.2018 passed by this Court, the appellant and the respondent are personally present in the Court. We have interacted with the parties and especially the respondent who is the wife of the appellant. For identification, the respondent has produced Pan Card bearing No.

CRZPK7774F issued by the Income-tax Department, Government of India and submitted that for the last one month, they have been staying together as husband and wife at Bangalore, as such, she does not require that the appellant should pay maintenance in terms of the order dated 03.04.2018. The appellant has also submitted that they have resolved their old disputes and started staying together,

SKK,J & AKS,J FCA_264_2018 therefore, he does not press the present appeal and requests to close the same.

In view the settlement arrived at between the parties, Family Court Appeal is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
