THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.13329 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondentUniversity in rejecting the applications of the petitioners for revaluation, vide letters dated 31.03.2015 and 15.04.2015, as being illegal and arbitrary.

Pending consideration of the writ petition, the learned standing counsel for the respondent-University submitted that the authorities are willing to revalue the answer sheets of the petitioners. Now, when the matter is taken up for admission, it is submitted by the learned standing counsel that on revaluation, the marks of the petitioners were recast and they secured more marks (pass marks) and, in that view of the matter, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has accepted the said submission of the learned standing counsel.

In view of the same, the writ petition is closed recording the aforesaid statement of the learned standing counsel for the respondent-University. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
