ORDER

This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner-A15 seeking bail in S.C.No.138 of 2011 on the file of II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ongole, in connection with Cr.No.140 of 2008 of Maddipadu Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 396, 400, 402, 412, 414, 201 read with Section 120-B IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The material on record shows that earlier bail application filed by the petitioner was dismissed on the ground that he was involved in several cases. In view of the seriousness of the offences committed by the accused and there are no changed circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
