Heard the counsel for the petitioners/ A1 and A2 of Crime No.109 of 2018 of Abdullapurmet Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Section 447, 427, and 506 IPC r/ w 34 IPC.

Even from a perusal of the FIR, all the offences are bailable offences for which the crime registered and the very anticipatory bail application itself is not maintainable. But for to say while disposing of the application therefrom rather than dismissal that the police shall strictly follow Section 41A Cr.P.C. and the guidelines laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in " Ar n esh Ku m ar v. St at e of Bih ar 1" . 3.

With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
