THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10238 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in Crime No.165 of 2011 of Mahabubabad (R) Police Station, Warangal District. At the time of hearing, learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was transferred to CID. In view of the submission made by the learned Public Prosecutor, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar petition. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to him under law including filing of similar petition.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
