THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.19935 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.G.Purushotham Reddy for petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. Substantially, the prayer is against inaction in disposing of the representation dated 10.02.2017 filed by the petitioner before the 3rd respondent.

After perusing the prayer and the averments in the affidavit, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order:

The petitioner is given liberty to resubmit the representation before the Revenue Divisional Officer/3rd respondent within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

If representation is filed as permitted by this Court, the 3rd respondent considers and disposes of the same as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
