This appeal has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat, organized by the High Court Legal Services Committee, and the award dated 29.12.2016 was passed. 2.

Therefore, this appeal is disposed of, in terms of the award passed by the Lok Adalat. The aforesaid award shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, also stand disposed of.
