HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION M.P. No.2201 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.2258 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER:

Crl.P.MP.No.2201 of 2017 is filed seeking to dispense with filing of Certified Copy of First Information Report in Crime No.33 of of Kanchanbagh Police Station, Hyderabad, whereas Crl.P.No.2258 of 2017 is filed seeking to quash the First Information Report in the aforesaid crime.

2. There is no representation for the petitioners - accused Nos.1 to 3, either in the forenoon session or in the afternoon session.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would submit that charge sheet was filed on 12.03.2017 before the VII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and C.C. number is yet to be given.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Crl.P.MP.No.2201 of 2017 and the present Criminal Petition are dismissed as infructuous.
