This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioners/ plaintiffs seeking expeditious disposal of O.S.No.640 of 2015, pending on the file of XIII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the record. Inspite of service of notice, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents.

Since the suit in O.S.No.640 of 2015 pending on the file of XIII Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, at Hyderabad, is of the year 2015, the Court below is directed to dispose of the said O.S.No.640 of 2015 pending on its file, within two(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with the procedure established under law.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand closed.
