O R D E R
The prayer of the petitioner in this case is as under: 'The Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the inaction of the respondent No.2 not granting the permission to construction of residential house i.e. Ground + Firsts Floor, single bed room etc. of petitioner application dt.07-05-2015 before the respondent No.2 file No.G1/453/2015, on plot admeasuring 156 Sq. yards, in Sy.No. 1079, situated at Kashmirgadda locality of Karimnagar town and dist. as illegal, arbitrary and unjust, and contrary to the act, and consequently direct the 2nd respondent herein forthwith grant the permission for construction of residential house i.e. single bed room house pursuant to petitioner application dt.07-052015 before the respondent No.2 file No.G1/453/2015, and grant such other relief and deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case.'
As the petitioner's application dated 07.05.2015 seeking permission to construct a residential house is pending consideration before the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation, this Court does not deem it appropriate to entertain the writ petition at this stage for adjudication on merits.
Sri V. Satyam Reddy, learned standing counsel for the second respondent Municipal Corporation, admits that the said application is yet to be processed.
That being so, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Karimnagar Municipal Corporation to consider the petitioner's construction permission application dated 07.05.2015 in accordance with law and take appropriate action thereon. In the event the petitioner's request for such permission is rejected, the reasons therefor shall be recorded and duly communicated to him. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and in any event, not later than four weeks from
