This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the orders, dated 17.06.2013, passed in CrlMP No.371 of 2013 in CC No.18 of 2008 by the Principal Special Judge for SPE and ACB Cases, City Civil Courts, Hyderabad.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent development in the trial Court, nothing survives for adjudication in the revision case and the matter has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.
