HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.8508 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard Mr.V.Hanumanth Rao for petitioner, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.B.S.S.Prasad for respondents 4 to 9.
The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the entries made in the revenue records by the 3rd respondent/ Tahsildar recording the name of respondents 7 to 9 as pattadars and possessors in respect of Ac .2-15 gts., in Sy.No.283 (283/ A4, 283/ A3, 283/ A2) of Rakonda Village, Telkapally Mandal, Nagarkurnool District, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. The petitioner complains against changes made in 1-B Register and/ or entering the name in Adangal. After perusing the changes, this Court is of the view that the grievance of the petitioner is required to be worked out either by filing appeal or revision as held by this Court in RA TNA M M A Vs. RDO , DHA RM A VA RA M 1.
By leaving it open to petitioner to work out statutory remedies, the writ petition is disposed of.
The disposal of writ petition shall not be understood as this Court expressing any view on the merits of rival claims and it is for 1 2015 (6) ALD 609
the statutory authority to examine as and when appeal/ revision is filed under the ROR Act.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
