HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 18870 of 2012 ORDER:

Challenging the action of respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner in the post of Computer Operatorcum-Staff Assistant or in any equivalent post, the present Writ Petition is filed.

When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the respondents-Bank issued proceedings dated 11.12.2012 regularizing the services of the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
