This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 15-09-2005, whereby writ petition filed by respondent Nos.1 and 2 came to be allowed and the demand for payment of Rs.26,142.90 ps made in bill dated 01-12-1995 was quashed. No interim order was passed at the stage of admission of the appeal. That seems to be the reason why the appellants have lost interest in prosecuting this appeal further and, hence, no one is coming forward to work it out on merits. Therefore, we are constrained to dismiss this appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
