This Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashment of proceedings in C.C.No.16 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate at Gajwel, registered for the offences under Sections 120, 415, 420, 406, 504, 506 (1) r/w. Section 34 of IPC and Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C, against the petitioners/accused No.1 to 4.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Even on earlier occasion also, there is no representation from the petitioners and the same is recorded and the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners and it appears that the petitioners are having no interest in prosecuting the case.

In view of the above, this Criminal Petition is liable to be dismissed for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There is no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
