THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.29252 of 2017 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in an identical set of circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.18980 of 2017 by way of an order, dated 18.07.2017. A copy of the said order is filed along with the writ petition as material paper. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: "Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court is inclined to pass the following order:
"The 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within 12 (twelve) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till then, the 2nd respondent is directed not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner."
Following the above said order and for the reasons stated therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
