ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop No.30 of Gollapally Village, Chavella Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies (Telangana State) submitted in view of the initiation of proceedings under Section 6-A of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, the respondents have withheld the supply of essential commodities to the petitioner's fair price shop and that in pursuance of the interim order, dated 01.4.2009, granted by this Court, the supplies have been resumed.

In the light of the above facts, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of as

infructuous.
