COMMON ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) These writ petitions are filed raising common issue viz., treating two additional increments granted to the private respondents under office memorandum, dated 03.02.1999, as 'pay' as defined under Fundamental Rule 9 (21)(a).

2. At the hearing, Mr.B.Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the petitioners, has not disputed that W.P.No.13338 of 2016, which was filed by the petitioners herein raising the same issue was dismissed by this Court, by a detailed order, dated 21.04.2016.

3. Therefore, following the aforesaid order, dated 21.04.2016, in W.P.No.13338 of 2016, these Writ Petitions are also dismissed, with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order.

4. As a sequel to dismissal of these Writ Petitions, W.P.M.P.Nos.22946, 22947, 22952 and 23326 of 2016 filed by the respective petitioners in W.P.Nos.18687, 18688, 18693 and 19012 of 2016 for interim reliefs shall stand dismissed as infructuous. ______________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J _______________________ G.SHYAM PRASAD, J 16th June, 2016 GHN
