When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Government Pleader that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely by the orders of this Court passed in W.P.No.22795 of 2013 dated 05.09.2013. The operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction to respondent No.3 to pay ex-gratia/compensation to the petitioner in respect of the land in question as per G.O.Os.No.1307, dated 23.12.1993, subject to revision of such exgratia/compensation depending on the outcome of the Judgment of the Supreme Court as referred above. Respondent NO.3 shall complete this exercise within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order."

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
