ORDER

The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of respondents 5 and 6 in compelling the petitioner and his family members to settle the civil disputes pending on the file of the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Bhongir, in O.S.No.119 of 2019. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 16.10.2019, submits that the seventh respondent herein filed a complaint before the fourth respondent on 06.10.2019 stating that she is the owner of an extent of Ac.0.30 guntas of land in Survey No.641 in the limits of Narayangagir Village, having purchased the same under a registered sale deed. That on 05.10.2019, at about 17.00 hours, when she along with her son went to their land, the petitioner picked up a quarrel and abused and threatened them with dire consequences.

By the said written instructions, it is stated that on receipt of the above complaint from the seventh respondent, a GD entry was made and as the contents therein disclosed a non-cognizable offence, the fourth respondent addressed a letter to the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Bhongir, on 06.10.2019, to accord permission to conduct investigation into the matter. It is stated that except for the investigation into the above complaint made against the petitioner, the official respondents never called the petitioner to the police station nor threatened him to settle any civil disputes.

Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader based on the written instructions that the official respondents never called the petitioner to the police station nor threatened him to settle any civil disputes, the writ petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
