HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.12285 OF 2002 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioner was aged about 52 years at the time of filing of this writ petition in the year 2002. In this writ petition, the petitioner challenged the award passed by the Labour Court in I.D.No.163 of 1997, dated 4.5.2001, whereunder the termination order was confirmed. Now, the petitioner attained the age of superannuation. At this stage, the petitioner cannot be reinstated into service. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
