Heard Sri Y.V.Ravi Prasad, learned senior counsel for petitioners and Sri K.Vivek Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

2. The grievance of petitioners is, Interlocutory Application is not disposed of in spite of readyness of respondents and ex-parte injunction order is continued indefinitely. It emerges that though earlier few adjournments were granted at the instance of the plaintiffs/petitioners, subsequently the matter underwent adjournments at the instance of the respondents/petitioners. Therefore, it cannot be said that the trial Court was accommodating the plaintiffs/petitioners and in spite of readiness of the defendants/respondents, the matter was not disposed of. It appears from copies of the docket order that matter is coming up for submission of arguments on behalf of respondents/ petitioners herein. On 06.05.2016 matter was adjourned to 03.06.

2016 at the request of counsel for respondents to make submissions on behalf of the respondents and thereafter adjourned to 06.06.2016. Learned counsels informed the Court that today when the matter was called, as the Advocates abstained from attending to the Court proceedings in view of the strike called for by the Bar Association, matter was adjourned to 16.06.2016.

3. Learned senior counsel for petitioners as well as counsel appearing for the respondents submit that both the counsels are ready to make their submissions and time may be fixed for disposal of the I.A. Having regard to the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of requesting the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No. 2151 of 2015 in O S No.1176 of 2015, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three weeks.

Miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this revision shall stand closed. No costs.
