HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2291 of 2011 ORDER:

The counsel appearing for petitioner seeks an adjournment and secondly seeks accommodation by way of pass over. The Civil Revision Petition is directed against interlocutory order granting maintenance to the respondent herein and education expenses to minor child.

On 31.01.2015, O.P.No.86 of 2010 was allowed. In view of disposal of O.P.No.86 of 2010, Mr.Y.S.Yelland Gupta submits that all the prayers to which the respondent is entitled to would have been finally considered in the O.P. The statement of Mr.Y.S.Yelland Gupta is placed on record. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
