HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.19408 OF 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.M.Vidyasagar for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Stamps and Registration) for respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 1st respondent herein is not accepting the documents presented by the petitioner herein for correction of the schedule of boundary on the western side of the land as specified in the Development Agreement vide document No.214/2015 which was wrongly written as property relating to "railways" instead of "Punta" in the west of the schedule, as bad, illegal, arbitrary, oppose to law and pass such other.........."

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that the petitioner, if presents document before 1st respondent for correction, the 1st respondent will receive the document and process the same, in accordance with law. If the document merits correction, he will correct, otherwise he will communicate his decision on the document so received. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Liberty is given to the petitioner to submit the document by enclosing the copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
