Smt. Noorunnisa v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.19553 of 2018 ORDER:
Though the communication impugned in the writ petition reads as memo as rightly contended by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, Mr.Ravinder Reddy, it is an order passed by the recording authority refusing to issue pattadar pass book, for the petitioner does not satisfy a few requirements. Further, it is stated that the petitioner has effective remedy of appeal and that petitioner can certainly raise all these grounds before the appellate authority.
The counsel for petitioner prays for recording the statement and grant liberty to file appeal against the communication impugned in the writ petition as an order.
The writ petition is disposed of by this order: The petitioner is given two (02) weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of this order to file appeal. The appeal, if is filed by enclosing a copy of this order, the appellate authority/Revenue Divisional Officer examines the appeal on merits and passes orders as
expeditiously as possible, preferably within six (06) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
