THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.5050 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No.743 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. He further submitted that the office may be directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the petitioners.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Office is hereby directed to return the certified copies of the documents to the petitioners as per procedure.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
