This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 4th respondent in not taking any action against the unofficial respondents who are claiming the Ashoorkhana Waqf land as owners and trying to trespass into the agriculture land in Sy.No.79, admeasuring Ac.10.32 guntas, Kundanpally Village, Keesara Mandal, Medchal District. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Sri M.A.Mujeeb, learned Standing Counsel for Wakf Board-4th respondent, submits that already petitioner approached Wakf Tribunal by filing OS.8 of 2017 and he lost one suit before the Wakf Tribunal in OS.No.23 of 2006 dt.09.04.2008.
In view of the above, I do not see any merit in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However, this order will not preclude the Wakf Board from taking necessary action in accordance with law, if required. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
