THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.7266 of 2015 O R D E R:

The learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation Sri Nandigam Krishna Rao, who has obtained instructions in the matter, would submit that the petitioner will be continued in service pursuant to the impugned order and his case has been now processed for medical assessment of his age. In that view of the matter, it shall be open to them to refer the petitioner for medical examination and make the findings of the Medical Board known to the petitioner before he is sought to be retired, in case any such necessity arise. With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand dismissed.
