THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P.KESHAVA RAO WRI T PETI TI ON NO. 25880 OF 2013 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6.

The prayer sought in the Writ Petition is as under: "... to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos. 4 and 5 herein in harassing the employer and employees of the petitioner company by interfering with the civil disputes and false claims made by respondent No.7 and in the process forcing the employer and employees of the petitioner company to visit the police station and in foisting false cases, by interfering with the civil litigations to settle the matter with the 7th respondent as illegal, arbitrary, abuse of process of law and also oppose to Art.

21 of Constitution of India as well as oppose to right of profession or business guaranteed by the Constitution of India consequentially direct the respondents 4 to 6 not to interfere with the civil disputes and false claims made by respondents 4 to 6 not to interfere with the civil disputes and false claims made by respondent No.7 or any other civil litigations, or personal lives, and liberty of the employer or employees of the petitioner company as well as with the business of the petitioner company.

During the course of hearing, learned GP appearing for the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 6 submitted that they are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the respondent No.7. In fact, no crime is registered till date. 4.

In the light of the said submission made by the learned GP, this court is of the opinion that no further orders are required in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
