THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE (TR) No.359 OF 2017 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order passed by this Court in O.A.No.7276 of 2014, dt.28.12.2014, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 09.03.2015 and the Contempt Case may be closed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the rejection proceedings dated 09.03.2015 and consequential proceedings dated 06.04.2015.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the rejection proceedings dated 09.03.2015 and consequential proceedings dated 06.04.2015. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
