THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.21720 OF 2011 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the respondent filed a letter dated 22.06.2016 before the Registry and the same reads as under: "The above W.P.No.21720 of 2011 is filed by the petitioner R.Srinivasulu questioning the suspension and later the suspension was revoked on 29.08.2011 vide memo No.DU/ESTT/E-1/16 by Dated.29.08.2011 and undertaking was also given by the petitioner to the university on 29.08.2011 stating that he addressed a letter to his advocate Challa Siva Sankar intimating that in view of the revocation of his suspension order by the university, no orders are necessary in this writ petition No.21720 of 2011 and also requested his advocate to address a letter to the Registrar Judicial, High Court to post the writ petition No.21720 of 2011 for withdrawal immediately.

I therefore request you to kindly direct the registry to post the above W.P.No.21720 of 2011 in the tomorrow's cause list as the matter is infructuous in the interest of justice." When the matter is called, it is further submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, that the respondent University is not going to take any further action against the petitioner. In view of the above and recording the submission of the learned counsel for the respondent, Writ Petition is closed.
