Subhash Reddy) It is submitted that as the respondent has already sold the property in question to third party purchaser, the subject matter of this appeal has become infructuous. However, the learned counsel for appellant has requested to grant liberty to the appellant to take appropriate steps against third party purchaser.

Recording the aforesaid submission and granting liberty to the appellant as requested, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
