Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 to 4 in calling the petitioner to the police station frequently and taken over the sale deeds and other documents of the petitioner without registration of any crime and without following due procedure, the present writ petition is filed.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.71 of 2018 was registered and during the course of investigation the petitioner was examined and recorded his statement. The 4th respondent also proceeded to the scene of offence on 31-05-2018 and prepared CDF and also examined LWs 2 to 5 and recorded their statements. The respondent-police asked the petitioner to cooperate with the investigation by producing documentary evidence for the purpose of filing the same in the Court and the respondent-police called the petitioner as part of investigation only.
