HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3343 of 2008 ORDER:

This Court by way of interim orders permitted the petitioner to submit a copy of the representation dated 17-12-2007 and on receipt of such representation, the 2nd respondent was directed to consider the same and pass orders. Now, it is stated in the counter affidavit that the case of the petitioner was considered and pension was revised taking revised pay from the date of sanction of pension and arrears were paid. As such, the relief sought by the petitioner was granted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the same.

Both counsel states that the writ petition can be disposed of by recording the same.
