HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.7284 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the proceedings in Rc.No.2198/C1/2000, dated 02-01-2003 of the 1st respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 1st respondent to accord permission for regularization of the period of suspension of the petitioner in terms of proposals of the 2nd respondent-College.

It is represented that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocate for petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
