HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM W.P.No.22526 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents.

The grievance of the petitioner-company is that it has made a complaint on 19-09-2019 but the police have not taken any action on the said complaint.

Learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents submits that taking into consideration of the complaint made by the petitioner, a case has been registered as FIR No.561 of 2019 and investigation is being conducted and necessary action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.

5.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
