This Writ Petition is filed questioning the tender notice dated 19.03.2013 in respect of contract workers to execute sanitary works for the year 01.04.2013 to 31.03.2014 within five (5) days as illegal, unreasonable and arbitrary.

As the period mentioned in the tender notice is for the year 2013-14 and as the said period has already expired, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
