Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt.P.Laxmi, learned Standing Counsel for R.3 and Sri M.Ajay Kumar, the learned Standing Counsel for R.5.

According to the petitioner, on 31.07.1995, she purchased a plot admeasuring 550 Sq.Yds., in Sy.No.781 of Hanamkonda within the limits of Warangal Municipal Corporation by way of a registered sale deed from one Adlur Indrasena, S/ o.Ramakistam. It is further stated that the respondent Nos.3 and 4 have acquired an extent of 434.90 Sq.Yds., of the petitioner property for public purpose and 5th respondent developed a park by erecting fencing with gate. The complaint of the petitioner in the present Writ Petition is without paying any compensation to the petitioner, the respondents herein resorted to such action.

During the course of arguments, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that on 25.09.2004, 02.12.2007, 11.02.2009, 19.05.2010, 15.07.2013 and 23.10.2016 the petitioner submitted representations to the respondent-authorities for redressal of her grievance, but no action has been taken on the said representations despite lapse of considerable length of time and in view of the same, the petitioner is sustaining irreparable loss and hardship.

It is contended by the Smt.P.Laxmi, learned Standing Counsel, that the claim of the petitioner is barred by limitation. In the considered opinion of this Court, when there is no involvement of third party rights, the said contention cannot be sustained.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, with a direction to respondent Nos.3 to 5 to verify the representations, dated 25.09.2004, 02.12.2007, 11.02.2009, 19.05.2010, 15.07.2013 and 23.10.2016, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, if the same are pending as on today, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
