HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITON No.22464 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantial relief: "... to issue an appropriate writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents more particularly that of 3rd Respondent in summoning the Petitioners to Adibatla Police Station for executing an undertaking that they shall not enter upon the land in S No 5 admeasuring Ac 0.20 gts situated at Kongara Kalan village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, in view of the orders passed in I.A.No.777/2016 in O.S.No.1117/2016 on the file of the Honble XIV Addl District Judge.

Ranga Reddy District, as being arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles- 14, 19(1)(g), 21 and 300A of the Constitution and consequently direct the Respondents more particularly the 3rd Respondent not to interrupt or interfere with the agricultural operations being carried by the Petitioners in the aforesaid land." Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on the instructions, would submit that pursuant to a complaint made by respondent No.4, the petitioners were called to the Police Station today morning and after conducting enquiry into the matter and on production of the injunction order by the petitioners, no complaint has been registered and no further action was taken on the complaint made by respondent No.4.

Recording the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader, and as no further orders are required to be passed, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, it is made clear that the Police shall not interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioners and respondent No.4 except in accordance with law. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
